Somatic Awareness

Somatic Awareness refers to the conscious perception of sensation, experiences, and energy.

Somatic Awareness practices, such as Soma Yoga, support you to intelligently perceive what is going on within you; enabling you to connect and be-at-cause with integrity.

Deeply sensing multi-facet qualities of your own body, opens the door to operate systemically; increasing your ability to gracefully function.

The more you know yourself and consciously inhabit all of you, the more integrated and focused your energy is. You become masterful at gracefully and powerfully directing intention towards change, healing, and holistic positive action.

Process emotions By noticing physical sensations associated with emotions, we can better understand and regulate them. 
 
Improve self-regulation By tuning into bodily cues, we can identify and respond to stress or discomfort in a more grounded and present way. 
 
Enhance physical well-being By being aware of physical symptoms, we can seek medical attention when needed and make informed decisions about our health. 
 
Foster a sense of wholeness By integrating body and mind, somatic awareness cultivates a sense of unity and connection. 
 

When you move your body, you move your breath. When you move your breath your mind relaxes. When your mind relaxes your nervous system relaxes. Within the space of integrated relaxation you have access to full habitation. Full habitation is freedom to explore multiple energy fields and creates the space for somatic evolution.
