Register for Embodied Flow

To register for Embodied Flow classes, please send an email to ruby@rubyrenshaw.com or text 832 752 3913 letting me know when you would like to attend up to 30 minutes before the class start time.

On class day you will be sent a Zoom invitation to your email approximately 15 minutes before the session starts. 

The drop-in rate is $12. If you like the class and want to continue, you can apply your drop-in payment towards a pass to bring the cost of each session down.

3 Class Pass – $30 | 5 Classes – $45 | 10 Classes – $80

Payment can be made via Venmo @Ruby-E-Renshaw, Zelle 832-752-3913, Paypal or check.

Passes do not expire. You can share your pass. If you miss a class you are registered for, you won’t be charged for that class.
