Trip to Vagus | Thursday September 19th| 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. @ The Galisteo Community Center $20
Special 2 hr class focused on the Vagus Nerve (VN). The VN is a major nerve in the body extending from the stomach to the brain… it’s function is to collect data from all the organs and glands of the body and bring this information to the brain for deduction. With a healthy VN one feels relaxed, centered, and calm. Sometimes, due to stress and other circumstances, the VN can become “stuck” and detrimentally impact our health and well-being.
